API

Postby dexsite » 03 Aug 2014, 00:06

Hello!

I was curious if your team had an API available for other developers. I'm looking to develop some guild management tools for my guild and having an item lookup that people can use when requesting items is a feature I wanted to include. Essentially, what would be ideal for me is an API that I can call to look up items by name, it gives me their ID, image link, and a link to the item itself on your site. Having access to the JS/CSS you're using for tooltips would be helpful as well. However if you'd rather just link back to the site so you get add revenue that is understandable.

If there isn't an API available is there any way you could provide a data dump?

THanks,

Dex

dexsite, the best way would be to do a scan over the site and save all information in a database ^-^
i think Admin does extract the client and use the sql file from there to fill the database mostly...

I know you said you didn't had an API, but since it would be incredibly popular (I hope) I was wondering if it was something you were looking for, already developing...
Just wanted to know if, in the future, would we have something like that.
What I'm looking for it's something along the lines of this: http://ws-base.com/posts/view/47-WS_Base_Tooltips.

Would you consider it, at least?
