Start NPC: Scout Captain Camaro
End NPC: Brendel
Quest text:
Scout Captain Camaro: A recruit is refusing to cooperate? Well this just gets more and more interesting. Either this Brendel is a traitor as well, or Sebath told him something so important he's only willing to share it with an officer.
Scout Captain Camaro: Either way, we'll have the truth soon enough! Take this warrant, and show it to our "loyal" Watchman in Reedwind. If he cooperates, excellent. If not... subdue him, and take him in for questioning.
Brendel: I'll be damned, you're back! And with a warrant, no less!
Brendel: I'm sorry for all the cloak and dagger earlier. Sebath warned me there were traitors in the Watch, and ever since then I've been jumping at shadows.
